Our 55W slim ballasts produce a significant amount of light compared with 35W ballasts.  By using AC instead of DC power, bulb life is increased, brightness is greater, and color is deeper.  All ballasts come fully potted to protect against moisture from entering.  The potting also keeps the internals components in place under driving conditions.
